Velora Jewels is an online jewellery store based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. We sell jewellery to customers across Pakistan. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make purchases.
2. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error occurs, and we will notify you promptly if this happens.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (Advance Payment): Pay in advance via bank transfer and enjoy free delivery across Pakistan.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order arrives. A standard delivery charge applies for COD orders.
Orders paid via bank transfer will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days. Free delivery is available on all advance payment (bank transfer) orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by the customer.
